1. Eligibility for Return
You may request a return if:
- The item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- The product is unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all labels and components intact
We do not accept returns for items that have been used, show signs of wear, or were delivered more than 7 days ago unless the product was defective at the time of delivery.
2. Initiating a Return
To begin the return process:

- Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and if possible, include a photo of the item
Once we receive your request, we will review it and contact you with further instructions.
3. Return Approval and Instructions
If your return is approved:
- We will guide you through returning the item
- Please ensure the item is packed properly to avoid damage during transit
- We may arrange for pickup or guide you to drop off the item, depending on location and logistics
All returns must be sent back within the timeframe given after approval.
4. Refund Process
Since we operate solely with cash payments, all refunds will be processed in cash as well. Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- If approved, we will arrange to refund the full amount in cash.
Refunds are typically issued within 5 to 7 business days after we confirm the condition of the returned item.
5. Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:
- Items returned after the 7-day window
- Products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging
- Custom or special orders (unless defective)
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want to replace an item, it must be returned as per the return policy, and a new order must be placed separately.
